This is an amazing sauce to keep in the fridge for emergencies. It makes an amazing stir fry with prawns, chicken, pork, tofu – pretty much anything and keeps for absolutely ages. It’s from the Wagamama Ways With Noodles cookbook and I would definitely recommend it.
Yasai Soba Dressing – Makes 250ml
- 200ml teriyaki sauce
- 75ml yellow bean sauce
- 1 lemongrass stalk – remove the outer leaves and finely chop
- 1 tbsp of grated fresh ginger
Combine all the above together, use as a dipping sauce or for a stir fry.
